Heroes of FF1600

Formula Ford 1600 has long been regarded as one of the most competitive and exciting grassroots categories in motorsport. Heroes of FF1600 is an online community dedicated to celebrating the drivers, cars and memories that define the golden age of the category.

Spindrift Media was approached to create a distinctive logo for the Heroes of FF1600 Facebook group - a thriving community of passionate fans, racers, and historians. The design needed to reflect the character, simplicity and racing spirit of classic FF1600 machinery.

The final logo features silhouettes inspired by two iconic cars: the Elden Mk.10 and the 1987 Van Diemen - both chosen for their personal and historical significance. The result is a nostalgic yet timeless brand identity that proudly represents a beloved chapter of motorsport history.
