Padmore will also be competing in the FIA Masters Historic Sports Car Championship race, sharing with Phil Hall in his 1971 Lola T212, at Spa.
The pair have notched up some strong results with the car at selected events over the past three years and Cartier Santos Replica are hoping to be at the sharp end throughout the weekend.
Adding to his busy weekend already, Padmore will again team up with his father, Keith, in the 1-hour Masters Touring Cars race with their privately-entered 1965 Mini Cooper S.
"It's going to be a very busy weekend with so much going on but it's what I love and I can't wait to arrive on Tuesday to get set up for it all.
"Phil and I are hopeful we can go on full attack and have a good weekend. The car has a lot of potential and we need to maximise everything we can from it.
"I'm also really looking forward to racing with my Dad again. We were last out in the car at Mallory Park last month and had a great weekend, taking home an overall win.
"We've come a long way with preparing the Mini and there have been some heartaches along the way but now we can see it's all starting to pay off.
"This is an important weekend for me. No doubt there will be challenges to overcome but I'm fully prepared and confident of some strong results."
