Warwickshire racing driver Sarah Reader will be looking for a strong result as Donington Park, Derbyshire plays host for Rounds 7 and 8 of the SPEED EuroSeries this weekend.
Last time out at Imola TFL Racing’s Reader unfortunately was forced to retire from both races with mechanical problems, despite showing impressive pace in the Juno CN sports prototype and fighting at the sharp end of the field throughout the weekend.
Having already achieved a podium in the opening race of the season at Paul Ricard, Reader is hopeful of coming away from her home race this weekend with a result for everyone to be proud of.
“I’m really looking forward to Donington and, as it’s our home race, it would be extra special to achieve our goal of getting our second podium of the season there.
“Everyone at TFL Racing has been working hard to ensure we maximize our potential and we’ve got some decent testing mileage from the circuit behind us, so we are as best prepared as we can be and I’m confident the package is there to let us push this weekend.”
